This is a colour sorting machine for potatoes that sorts washed or peeled potatoes by using full digital machine vision.Wectorscan can automatically remove faulty items such as scabby,green,grey or blackened potatoes. The machine is manufactured entirely of stainless steel and other food grade materials. The entirely fully digital machine vision components represent todays`s top  class japanese industrial quality. The machine is entirely logic-based and does not reguire  a PC to function, Plc unit  support over web connect. The machines`s patented mechanics and potato handling accuracy is guaranteed, since the potatoes are scanned   and removed using the same transport space. The potatoes are controlled throughout the entire passage from the scanning station to the removal site ! Hygienic pressurised air is used to remove the potatoes.
